I have recently begun a theme park blog and website series about traveling to theme parks as someone on the Autism Spectrum. Disneyland is my main focus, but I also cover Universal Studios and more. Also, I am working on a guidebook series for Autistic people traveling to theme parks.

I worked with the art department to design and build working DaVinci style prop wings for use in the film, Marbles & Bullets. I continue to advise NFG on anything requiring remote control, software programming, robotics, and design.

PROJECTS

Village of Hope — Summer Science Camp

Alongside the Chemical Physics Lab at Concordia University, I helped design and lead science demonstrations and activities for kids at the Village of Hope in Irvine over four different summers. (K-6 student participants)

Second Harvest Food Bank — Various

Since the third grade, I have been involved in various volunteer projects for Second Harvest Food Bank. Examples include painting a mural for the main warehouse’s kids’ corner, packing and sorting donated food, and helping raise funds for the Kids’ Cafe program.

APR 2023 - CURRENT

I am currently a member of the OCLPA, a group of business owners, professors, and professionals who discuss policies and share research on issues that affect communities. Particularly, I am a part of the Autism group specializing its focus on issues affecting the Autistic Community, where I am a regular speaker at meetings.

Thompson Policy Institute Summit on Disability and Inclusion, Orange, California — Master of Ceremonies and Speaker

AUG 2023

I was invited by the Thompson Policy Institute at Chapman University to be a part of their Annual Summit on Disability and Inclusion. My job was to be an MC to introduce the keynote speaker as well as to present a brief presentation about myself and my work with the Autism Community.

International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), Orlando, FL — IAAPA Expo, 2021

NOV 2021

I spent a week in Orlando, FL, as an attendee at the IAAPA Expo, where I shook hands with major company heads, young professionals, and various businesses within the themed entertainment industry. I also attended educational sessions, professional lunches, and IAAPA sponsored networking events.
